12/30/22 Real Estate Photos of the Week

Welcome to the December 30th, Studio Vos Friday Real Estate Photos of the Week (#StudioVosPOTW)! Dad joke ahead: see you next year đŸ˜©!

Spotify wrapped has arrived, your Instagram is loaded with ads for "dry January," and only real estate agents are answering phone calls. That's right -- 2022 is ending! Here at Studio Vos Blogger Headquarters, we believe in Santa -- not "best of" posts. That noted, our Facebook king has shared his 2022 most popular images here, while our queen of Instagram has placed hers here. Without further ado, here's our latest Friday faves.

Today's shots were commissioned for 3 homes, from 2 agents, and 1 realty office.

#1 (-3) are from 1417 Overhill St in Houston listed by Mel Reyna of the Reyna Group. Are you seeing what I'm seeing? Is this a bathroom or an Instagram post come to life?

#2 If "clean" were a living room, this is how it would look. It's almost as if the plants know it, too.

#3 It wouldn't be a southern home without a porch and swing. Is that a law? Anyway, it should be. This bench paradoxically adds to the home's modern feel.

#4 (-5) are from Houston's 16 N Wynden Dr 1417 #4. It's listed by David Atkins of Sotheby's International Realty. First off, how does a den look both comfortably inviting for your family and proudly presentable for friends? Second, the angling is perfect!

#5 What can I say about doors that Shakespeare hasn't already? If you can't appreciate the infinite variety of fanciable facades that exist -- and the ones that have yet to be created -- then you need to take an art class. Looking forward to hearing your comments below.

#6 Last on our list this week (FYI these are not in any order of best/favorites) comes from Santa Fe, TX. It's 7425 Avenue P listed by Team Red Door Realty Group. Those vaulted ceilings... sheesh! How do photographers get those angles, anyway? I'll save that post (plus a DIY if you want to try) for another day. Don't you love how the natural light floods this living space?
